Delete your Konkani AI account

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to 18reuchagasfernandes@gmail.com from the Google account email address you use with Konkani AI.
2. Use the subject line Konkani AI account deletion request.
3. Include the email address for the account you want deleted, if it is different from the address you are writing from.

We may reply to verify account ownership before deleting data.

Data that will be deleted

• Your Konkani AI account record tied to Google Sign-In.
• Your saved chat history, prompts, responses, and chat titles.
• Shared conversation links associated with your account.
• Cached account data maintained to provide the service.

Data that may be retained temporarily

Some operational records may be retained for up to 90 days when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution. After that period, retained copies are deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification. You will receive a confirmation email when the request is complete.
